The difference between a fact and an opinion is thats facts are true and opinions are just what people say.
Frogs
Facts: I know for a fact that all frogs have 4 legs.
Some frogs are poisonous and thats a fact.
Not all frogs are green.
Opinions: Frogs are the best animal ever.
They all have sticky skin.
Frogs are cool because they hop.
