What I did is I did this kind of problem with my sister but except with cups, the booby prizes being screws and the real prize a Toblerone and she got frustraited because she got most of her answers wrong.
Your results do seem to show that it is better to swap, although I would expect you to introduce the Monty Hall problem properly and you needed to explain your results more thoroughly.
