-What are the 2 times to use an apostrophe?
In contractions e.g.(can't) and when explaining something belongs to something e.g. ( Hamish's bike)
- When should you use an apostrophe of possession?
When explaining that  something belongs to something e.g. ( Hamish's bike)
- Where does it go in a sentence?
I can't go to the dance.
What are you doing? That's Derek's.
Sorry we're going to the movies.
- When should you NOT use an apostrophe of possession?
When someones name ends with an "s" when its not explaining an object the belongs to that person.

- When should you use an apostrophe of contraction?
When you are using contractions e.g. (can't, he's)
